Glacier walks on Jostedalsbreen Glacier
During the summer months, glacier walks are arranged on several of the Jostedalsbreen glaciers with experienced guides every day. The Norwegian Glacier Museum can help you find the perfect glacier hike. In Fjærland, you can hike the Flatbreen glacier. This is a demanding hike where the ascent to the glacier is almost a thousand vertical meters. Easier glacier hikes can be found on Haugabreen in Jølster or Nigardsbreen in Jostedalen.
