Blogging about blue ice
Blue ice is one of the most beautiful things the eye can see. Twenty years ago, a guest at Norwegian Glacier Museum was captivated by the sole illusion in the exhibition:
"My first encounter with a glacier was in an artificial glacier at Norwegian Glacier Museum in Fjærland. The glacier at The Glacier Museum was cold, the ground I walked on was uneven, and I could hear the ice melting and the glacier moving. I've been fascinated by glaciers ever since, but it wasn't until this summer, 20 years later, that I got to experience a real glacier."
