  • In connection with customer relationships, we must collect information such as name, address, email, telephone number, organization number and other necessary information. We use this information exclusively to manage your customer relationship.

    We keep your data for as long as we have a customer relationship. You have the right to access, rectify and delete data we have stored about you. After the end of the customer relationship, we will retain data for as long as we see fit to help you with any history if you should need it.

  • Personal data will not be disclosed unless there is a statutory duty of disclosure to public authorities.

  • Our customer register contains information about the customer's company name and information about contact persons with name, email and telephone number. In addition, we store information about what services and products the customer has purchased. These are stored in our system for as long as it is feasible for us.

    Objective: Collect information about how visitors use the website. We use this information to create reports to improve the website. The cookies anonymize all information. They say something about the number of visitors to the website, where they come from and which pages they visit.

  • When you fill in the contact form on the website, we store this information in our CRM system. We will store this information in order to provide better customer service.   • It is possible to share articles on the website in social media (Facebook, Twitter). Further handling of data shared in social media is governed by your agreement with the relevant online community.

  • Pursuant to section 18 of the Personal Data Act, as a private individual you are entitled to access the information registered about you. Access can be obtained by contacting Norwegian Glacier Museum & Ulltveit-Moe climate centre by email: post@glacier.museum.no. 

    If registered information is incorrect, incomplete or you wish to delete your information, you may request this in accordance with section 27 of the Personal Data Act.  

  • The general manager of Norwegian Glacier Museum & Ulltveit-Moe climate centre is responsible for the processing of personal data. The person in question is responsible for ensuring that internal controls are implemented with regard to the processing of personal data, and that any deviations from applicable legislation are reported and corrected. We strive at all times to comply with applicable privacy regulations.
